Neal Kochman Comments on Amazon's IRS Dispute

01.15.2013
Caplin & Drysdale's Neal M. Kochman was recently quoted concerning Amazon's dispute with the Internal Revenue Service over a $234 million international tax bill from the agency.  The dispute is similar to others in which the IRS has struggled to collect corporate taxes.  In an excerpt taken from the article, Neal comments "From Amazon's perspective, you'd be crazy not to litigate given what a sound defeat the IRS took in Veritas."  To view the full article, please visit Reuter's website.
