Mr. Jaramillo counsels clients with audits, tax controversies, penalty issues, and voluntary disclosures, etc. He also handles matters involving the IRS Settlement Initiative.
Highlights
Mr. Jaramillo served as an extern in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division at the IRS's Office of Chief Counsel. Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, he practiced in the tax group of a major international law firm. Mr. Jaramillo is fluent in Spanish.
