Program Description: This session will address how the in-house counsel for a non-profit or association faces different challenges in his or her role as corporate secretary. The program will examine the specific regulatory risks that a non-profit corporate secretary must plan to address and will include a discussion of best practices from the non-profit world. Bill Klimon of Caplin and Drysdale will moderate a panel of in-house counsel discussing how they approach their corporate secretary duties.
