Description: This panel will discuss the Internal Revenue Service’s recently launched employment tax audit initiative - the Employment Tax National Research Program. The audit program will impact many employers in the coming months. The panel will discuss the IRS’s coordination efforts and goals; pattern requests for information and documents; and issues that frequently arise.
