Mr. Reinsel is a member of the firm's complex litigation and creditors' rights practice groups. He previously was with a law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. With nearly 25 years of experience, he has concentrated his practice in commercial bankruptcy, business reorganization, and bankruptcy-related litigation. He has represented debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcies involving many different industries and in bankruptcy-related acquisitions and financings.

Mr. Reinsel is currently a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, and the Maricopa Bar Association. He is a former certified specialist in bankruptcy by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He is a frequent writer on bankruptcy-related topics.
