Associate compensation at Caplin & Drysdale is competitive with other top Washington, D.C. law firms. Compensation is based on class year and achievement and is reviewed annually. The starting salary for a 2009 law school graduate is $137,750.

In addition to base compensation, associates are eligible for annual merit bonuses.
