Sarah Racicot is an Associate in the firm’s Private Client Group. She joined the firm after graduating from Harvard Law School in 2019. Ms. Racicot previously worked as a legal intern at a large nonprofit.


Ms. Racicot works with Private Client Group attorneys assisting high-net-worth individuals and their families with tax and estate planning matters including:

  • the administration of trusts and estates; and

  • estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, including drafting wills and trusts.


While at Mount Holyoke College, Ms. Racicot was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received the Susanne Hoff-Hadley Russian Prize and the Federal Republic of Germany Book Award. During law school, she was a Special Symposium Editor for the Symposium on Intellectual Property and Privacy as part of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. Ms. Racicot also received the Dean’s Scholar Prize in Trusts and Estates.

Ms. Racicot speaks advanced German and Spanish and also intermediate Russian.
