Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes Moshe Dlott and Amanda Reed to Its DC Office

On November 12th, Caplin & Drysdale welcomed new Associates Moshe Dlott and Amanda Reed to the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Dlott is an Associate in the International Tax and Private Client practice groups and Ms. Reed is an Associate in the Exempt Organizations and Corporate Law practice groups. Both Mr. Dlott and Ms. Reed joined Caplin & Drysdale after practicing at international law firms in Chicago and Philadelphia, respectively.

Mr. Dlott advises individuals and businesses on federal and state tax issues, with a particular focus on clients in the private equity, hedge fund, and banking nonprofit sectors. While at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, he was the Notes Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. He also worked as a student attorney for the Bluhm Legal Clinic for Complex Civil Litigation and Investor Protection, and was President of the Tax Law Society.

Ms. Reed counsels public charities and private foundations on tax, formation, and operational issues. While in Philadelphia, she founded the Community Lawyering Clinics pro bono practice group, which partners with community legal services organizations to staff legal clinics. During her time at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Ms. Reed was a Staff Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and an Executive Board Member for the Black Law Students Association.
