The Third Annual Mortimer Caplin Conference on the World Economy, hosted by the University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs, is devoted to an informed and intelligent discussion of these questions. Keeping with our tradition, this conference will bring together current and former Central Bankers from the U.S., Japan, Great Britain, China and the European Union along with the best thinkers from the academy to discuss, deliberate and debate a number of questions related to the role that Central Banks and Central Bankers play in the international economy.
