Niles Elber, a member of Caplin & Drysdale has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2009 Nolan Fellowship awarded by the American Bar Association Section of Taxation to a select group of outstanding young tax lawyers across the nation. One of six awardees, Elber's one-year fellowship will include the waiver of meeting registration fees, a small stipend and assistance with travel to Tax Section meetings. The Nolan Fellows will be awarded at the ABA Tax Section Midyear Meeting in New Orleans on January 10, 2009.
