Mr. Lloyd's practice focuses on the taxation of corporations, partnerships, and financial products. This includes tax planning advice on compliance with U.S. and foreign transfer pricing rules in connection with ongoing business operations or business transactions, working with clients to structure their transactions and operations in a tax-efficient manner, foreign tax credit, subpart F, and tax treaty issues.
Highlights
During law school Mr. Lloyd conducted research for the Committee for Capital Markets Regulation. Prior to law school he worked as an analyst for a major investment bank.
