Kristy Bernard Tsadick is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2007. Since 2000, Ms. Tsadick has worked in government relations and political activity law compliance in law firms and in-house at a Fortune 10 corporation.

Ms. Tsadick focuses her practice on political activity law compliance. She counsels major corporations, non-profit organizations, and political committees concerning federal, state and local lobbying, campaign finance, and ethics rules. In addition, she monitors legislation and assists clients with their government relations and advocacy agendas.

- Representing clients before and in negotiations with the Federal Election Commission and other government agencies in connection with political activity inquiries and investigations
- Managing government affairs compliance, including preparation and filing of federal and state lobbying, gift, and campaign finance registrations and reports and performing compliance audits and internal investigations
- Performing compliance presentations and training sessions on the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act, the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the Federal Election Campaign Act, the Ethics in Government Act, the Congressional gift rules, the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch, and various state and local lobbying and ethics rules
