Elizabeth H. Peters is an associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. She joined the firm in 2005.
Ms. Peters practice focus is on international taxation. She has particular expertise in transfer pricing issues, including the negotiation of advance pricing agreements (APAs) between taxpayers, the IRS and foreign tax authorities. Additionally, Ms. Peters has significant experience advising clients on the application of tax treaties. She recently co-authored an article with David Rosenbloom,
