Caplin & Drysdale Welcomes Heather Schafroth

Caplin & Drysdale is pleased to announce that Heather Schafroth has joined the firm as an Associate in the International Tax Group.

Ms. Schafroth's practice focuses on advising individuals and businesses on a broad range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax and transfer pricing planning and advocacy for corporate clients.

Before graduating from Harvard Law School, Ms. Schafroth earned undergraduate degrees in classics and chemical engineering at Iowa State University and a Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering at Princeton University. Ms. Schafroth worked as a litigator and in-house counsel before attending New York University Law School’s Graduate Tax Program as an M. Carr Ferguson Scholar. While attending NYU, she worked as a research assistant to NYU Law School 2019-2020 Global Professor of Law Michael Kobetsky.
