Experienced in both state and federal civil litigation matters, Mr. Sackett focuses his practice on complex litigation, including the representation of tort claimant constituencies in mass tort bankruptcies. He also works on matters involving financial fraud, securities fraud, and trust law.
Highlights
Prior to joining Caplin & Drysdale, Mr. Sackett practiced labor and employment law in California. As a law student, he served as a Director and Student Supervisor of Yale Law School's Community Legal Services Clinic, where he was recognized for his legal writing with the Chubb Competition Prize in Legal Draughtsmanship.
