Ann C. McMillan is a member in Caplin & Drysdale's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. McMillan joined the firm in 1991 after serving as Corporate Counsel for a California corporation. Prior to that, she was in private practice at another law firm.
Ms. McMillan has a general corporate practice in which she advises both for-profit and nonprofit entities on corporate governance issues and transactional matters. She works closely with a number of the firm's clients in stock and asset sales and acquisitions. Clients also turn to Ms. McMillan for assistance with non-transactional contractual matters in a wide range of areas.
In addition to her general corporate practice, Ms. McMillan works with the complex litigation group representing asbestos claimants in mass tort bankruptcies.
